I honesty don't know why this doctor has only 5 star reviews. I've had pretty much the worst experience that I've had in my decades of pain management experience here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you like being lied to and made to wait unreasonable amounts of time for help. I feel there is a real lack of compassion here.

He is very thorough and has a great bedside manner! Also he speaks to my elderly Dad to where he can understand most of what he is saying. He has a plan for treatment!

Had some sedated injections and it all went perfectly. Great doctor, great bedside manner as well!

Dr.Cotter is exceptional. He is extremely thoughtful, explaining the procedure prior to completion. He answered all my questions, and at the conclusion of my procedure, he allowed me time to explain previously diagnosed injuries; briefly examined me again and ordered an additional test. I haven't received this level of care from my previous providers. I would recommend Dr.Cotter as a Doctor who provides exceptional excellence in practice and care. Dr.Cotter is incredibly focused on his patient, and sets the standard for what medical treatment should be.

Dr. Cotter is patient, kind and listens with intent to get to the root of my back pain. He advises with facts and explanations instead of bandaid fixes. I feel comfortable and heard with Dr Cotter and I would recommend him to friends & family.
