I saw Dr Filipski mostly to establish a new primary care since I recently moved back to CNY. I don’t think any other doctor has ever heard my concerns and at the end asked me if I had anything else I’m concerned about. It made me think to ask about one more thing and I went home feeling I accomplished a bunch in one appointment.

I have been to a lot of doctors. This is a VERY good doctor. Very personable and took his time and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very interested in improving my health.

He is very controlling and doesn't allow the patient to voice their opinion. I would not recommend this physician.

So glad I found him. It took so long to find a physician like him. DR. Filipski is the type of Doctor that sits down looks you in the eye and tells you to tell him everything that concerns you. You feel 100% taken care of never ever rushed and he is never stumped. Dr. Filipski has solutions for my medical problems that other doctors never brushed upon. If your looking for a skilled, kind, one of a kind physician look no further he is a absolute gem.

He fired me cause I couldn't pay for tests out of pocket and testing just cause of my age. Horrible dr.
