Dr. Garcia shows up 1/2 hour late to appointments that are scheduled months in advance. I've heard about his guitar playing, his fishing stories, and his surfing but rarely the reasons why he has me on medication or even what my diagnosis is. He has recommended CBD oil even though I have no history of chronic pain. In general he is unprofessional and not fit to be my doctor.

when looking for a great doctor. It's like trying the right shoe. Well this is a great fit and the shoe is perfect. Not calling Doc. a shoe, but you get my point

Dr. Garcia has treated my autistic daughter for many years now, and has provided consistent five-star service. Kaiser is an HMO, and limits some of their doctors' available choices, as compared to those in private practice. Yet Dr. Garcia has always gone the extra mile, and made sure our daughter got the help and support she needed to be successful, whether through Kaiser, or other community services. In addition to being professionally competent, his attitude is upbeat, energetic, and engaging--always ready with a smile and a positive suggestion. This is a real gift, when dealing with serious--and permanent--conditions.

Dr Garcia was great. I don't see him anymore because I lost my insurance, but he saw me for therapy as well as medication management, that is rare for a psychiatrist. He was very accommodating when I need to be seen asap. Wish I could still see him.
