Dr ki is the best Doctor in her field her and her staff are excellent extremely professional, and knowledgeable, compassionate and she truly cares for the well being of her patients, I feel truly lucky and blessed to her her as one of my medical team . MS NYC

Dr. Ky does not care for her patients. It all about the money with her. She can be rude and dismissive. I started going to Dr. Ky for hemorrhoids. My 1st appointment she was pleasant. She suggested the banding but after a year of no results I opt for surgery. She is always in a rush. She doesn’t take time to explain anything to clients, she leaves it up to her staffers. On the day of my surgery Dr. Ky did not greet me or update me on my surgery. She had a surgery intern that I never meet with me. When the surgery was over, I asked for her, she was no where around. How rude and disrespectful! I was embarrassed I choose such an unprofessional doctor to perform surgery on me, if she even did. I won’t be surprised to know the intern performed my surgery. Save yourself time and disappointment, pass on this doctor.

Dr. Ky , from the beginning, was compassionate & hopeful. Her staff was accommodating, friendly & helpful. I had a lot of questions & Dr. Ky & her staff answered every concern for us.

My father went in for surgery for his hernia, and it was my understanding that it would take an hour to complete. I leave the hospital for an hour to get food, and I come back to hear that he has been done for thirty minutes. Dr. Ky was so efficient, her new PA looked shocked when she told me.

I came to Dr Key with an anal fissure condition, as well as internal hemorrhoids. The anal fissure caused tremendous pain and discomfort, lasting ten to twelve hours. Dr Key gave for the fissure condition a cream, and asked me to come back after three to four weeks. From this to point on, I would come to Dr Key every three to four weeks for over a year. Almost every time, she would do a banding procedure. Before every procedure, I would tell her , that after almost every bowel movement I have pain and discomfort lasting ten to twelve hours. This, right away should have suggested to the doctor, that I do have an anal fissure, but instead she would do the banding for the hemorrhoids. Also, she never took the time to talk to me about what the optimal course of action should be, Instead, she would disappear immediately after a banding procedure.

I was very fortunate to have found Dr Ky. I was told by another surgeon that due to cancer, I would need a permanent poop bag. I went to see her as a second opinion. she did not promise that I would not get a stoma but was willing to try providing that it was safe. I am happy to report I am still cancer free now 7 yrs and did not need a stoma. Not only did she save my life but also allow me to live without a poop bag.
