Dr. Alex Michael Pulido, MD

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Pulido. For almost a year, I attempted to get a physical. Still, his office canceled several times due to them not being opened to office visits from COVID 19. When the office did open, I had to cancel due to being exposed to COVID 19. I was even patient with his office when they canceled because their own office staff had COVID 19. I called to get a tela-visit and was told Dr. Pulido would have to call me back. When the manager called me, I was informed, I was being dropped as a patient for canceled appointments. I even made the office manager aware of the situation. I was told " they were making exceptions for office visits for physicals," which I was not informed of when they called to cancel my appointments. I am an understanding person, but if his office is going to cancel due to COVID19 numerous times, please do not blame me for it. Be very careful with this doctor; their office communication is poor to nonresponsive. There are many great… physicians in Putnam County; my suggestion is to review the several before choosing this doctor.

Excellent clinical skills and bedside manner. Truly invested in his patients' well being. Good listener and explains at a level patients can understand.

he was my doctor for over 3 years I suffered terrible leg pain for 2 years which he ignored i sought doctors on my own and received excellent care from a wonderful doctor at st. johns urgent care which helped me a lot with my leg pain which resulted in seeing a great doctor at orthopedic assoc.in st. augustine that completely relieved my pain no thanks to doctor pulido he is a horrible doctor if you need a specialist do not depend on him

I think Dr. Pulido is a good doctor and I enjoyed my visits with him. He takes time to discuss any issues you may be having and I always felt at ease in his presence. I think if he had a more reliable staff that didn't speak to you in a condescending manner, I could have stayed. It's really a shame. I wish him the best

Dr. Pulido will sit down and talk to you. You don't feel rushed or judged. One of the best doctors I've been to! I recommend him to everyone I meet. He really cares about his patients.
