Dr. Alexander Duart Rae-Grant

After many years of struggling within the healthcare system, my visit with Dr Rea-Grant was, by far, THE BEST, most productive, most helpful, appointment I’ve had. This man sat and listened to all of my problems from start to finish, which was not an easy feat. He went through my records, looked at films and MRI’s. He sifted through misdiagnosis and then included my husband and I in a long conversation that resulted in a treatment plan that suited both him and myself. Dr Rea-Grant showed genuine concern, he heard us out unlike so many others, his bedside manner was impeccable. He took our treatment suggestions into consideration which was fantastic. Dr Rea-Grant is the best of the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with MS or any other complicated neurological issues that you’ve struggled to find answers for.

12 years of doctor's visits, tests, specialists, med trials. No one knew anything and pretty well wrote me off. Dr. Rae-Grant spotted the problems others wrote off, ordered the right tests, and I had a dx within a couple of weeks. Saved my sanity!

Dr. Alex Rae-Grant MD is not only an excellent doctor but a caring human being who cured me after I had been sent to doctors, dentists and even oral surgeons... for almost two years of constant pain. Within the first 10 minutes with Dr. Alex Rae-Grant, he diagnosed it as Trigeminal Neuralgia and with medication I was cured in two weeks of his diagnosis and treatment. It was gone and I was fine. I would give him a higher rating than Excellent if I could. Thank you, Doctor for your caring response.

Dr. Rae-Grant misdiagnosed me with MS for over three years, pumping me full of high doses steroids that actually made me very ill, because I actually have Myasthenia Gravis, in which high-dose steroids are contraindicated. Think twice before seeing this doctor. He knows MS, but he is not a neuromuscular expert.

Ohio please give me my doctor back!!! I have so many questions for him! My ratings are based in the Allentown office!

Could use some training in how to be more compassionate.

I was a patient of Dr. Rae-Grant at Lehigh Valley, PA. I was very sorry to see him leave as he is an excellent doctor. He spends as much time as needed with you listening to all you have to say, is thorough, accurate with diagnosis and a kind and caring doctor.

I saw Dr. Rae-Grant at the Cleveland Clinic. He was thorough, methodical in his approach, and he is an excellent teacher. He made sure I understood his steps and made me feel my opinion counted. He is a gem!
