self conceded office staff more than one occasion i have had to argue with the office girl who acts like she is the doctor she is joke unprofessional the Doctor needs to understand that he is liable for the staff in his office bad vibes when you have to deal with the self conceded little office girl bad mojo for the doctor

Because the staff cannot find a prescription for my husband, he spent 2 days on the phone with them trying to get this resolved. Please note the prescription was for an MRI and my husband is suffering great pain so any delay just adds to his decaying condition. It took 2 physical car trips to the Doctor's office until the staff could finally find the prescription. Due to a one hour trip to the Doctor's office from my home, I am certainly disappointed and miffed with their service. The Doctor is excellent but the aggravation of dealing with incompetent office staff somewhat overshadows the excellent care.

Dr Villacastin pays great attention to identify and recommend how i can participate in caring for myself so I can have a quality of life despite my conditions. I highly recommend him.
