He is one of the best doctor I been too he listens to you and he take the time and explain things to you

Office staff terrible at Records, Issuing Prescriptions, and Documentation. Treated my wife's symptoms' for about 1.5 years before she died. They say early detection is critical for Cancer but never detected until spread too far.

He is an amazing Doctor who actually cares about his patient! Wish Dr. Wright was still in Carbondale!

He lets the office staff and nurses run the office. When I changed medical insurance companies, this office could not even get my medicines that I've been taking for over 15 years pre-authorized because they refused to send in the proper documentation. I had to pay full price (over $500) every month until I finally went to another doctor who got it pre-authorized after my first visit. Would also let me run out of my medication and not call it in for a week or more even though I'd request it in the mandatory 72 hours before. ALWAYS had an excuse. When I called and was sooo upset about not having my meds AGAIN, was told by Brandy that "you will not fall apart without your medicine." When I told my doctor about how I was treated by the staff, he did not care.
