He could not have been more efficient and informative...as well as kind and courteous and involved me completely in the procedure. I have a phobia about needles, he stuck two in my back and I still think he’s the best going. As he is a pain doctor, maybe some people aren’t happy about that.....but I will be back to be treated again!

Dr. Bautista could not look at my records because he could not remember his password so could not access the computer. He kept trying over and over until the computer locked him out. This did not give me any confidence in his skill level. I ended up cancelling the follow up appointment at which time he would have given me an injection for my pain. I did not trust him to do this.

This is just another doctor who doesn't bother to review any of your history or paperwork, hears what he wants to and puts the blame for everything on size and weight. He won't listen to what you have to say and treats you inhumanly. He kept telling me my pain was insignificant and pretty much said he didn't believe me about my pain. I started to cry because I was so upset he didn't care or believe me and he got angry and told me to find a new doctor and he and his two cronies he brought in the room with him stormed off. If you are overweight do not bother to go see him because he will take one look at you and blame everything on your size without bothering to learn anything about you or your history. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctor in all my life.
