Dr Boyle has excellent bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and takes time to address all concerns.

Dr Boyle is very knowledgeable, he has excellent bedside manner. He explains everything and will take the time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommend

Dr Boyle reviewed my CT scan and moved my dr appointment so I could get in sooner. I had the left kidney removed at TGH , he and associate were amazing. Upbeat personal , compassionate, and very understanding. I’m so happy I was referred to Dr Boyle and I would definitely recommend him !

While Dr Boyle is pleasant and helpful when I can see him, there is a wall of people keeping him away from patients. I cannot get refills or appointments. They never call back

I have been a patient for 5 years. I wait sometime 3 months to get an appointment. On two occasions I have reported for a scheduled appointment only to be told that I was not seeing doctor but a Patient Care Technician or or another employee that I was not seeing Dr. Boyle. Today was the second time and Dr. Boyle and my appointment was with Dr. Boyle- he was not there when I got there after taking the day off from work and they were told me that I would not be seeing the doctor but a Patient Care Tech. The first time this happened with ANOTHER doctor of this practice- I allowed it. When I did the person who met with me changed my medication, did not tell me to suspend use of the one he was replacing and I became sick. This practice is in the business of giving doctor appointments and you don't see a doctor! That is outrageous and they don't tell you until you get there. Terrible practice and I have discontinued my relationship with them.

Although my first visit with Dr Boyle went smoothly. I fould out quickly that dealing with his staff in the Sun City Center office was not pleasent. The nurse mumbles something to answer her phone and when you ask her if this is the nurse she snaps back "this is the number you choose isn't it" I knew at that time this lady was in no way going to help me. After being on an antibiotic for 3 1/2 days with (as the nurse said I MUST) absolutely NO relief from my UTI...infact it was now traveling up and around my kidneys....I called the nurse back for the third time for help.... it was like I was bothering her. Not once did she say can you come in and be checked out, do you have a fever, where s the pain or offer any kind of sympathy. I requested another antibiotic and she said she would have to check with another nurse and get back to me. Upon returning home there was another very snarly nurse that left a message and I quote" You are on the best antibiotic for your infection but if YOU… HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER call me back.I ended up going back to my primary Dr and she took one look at me and said you need another kind of antibiotic this one is clearly not working. Plus she expained how to read the urine analysis report to me and said that I was NOT on the best med for this infection. After getting on another med i found relief with in 24-36 hours. I will NEVER enter into that urologist office or any other office that is associated with Bay area urologist. I know that they are a monopoly in the bay area, but I am here to tell you that there are other urologist out there with a more caring and compasionate staff, and when you are in extreme pain you don't need a 2 year educated nurse controllig what medication you take. I am sure if I ran in to Dr Boyle he would have no clue that this happened....but the Drs of this urology group need to train their staff because its make them look bad and get a 1 star rating.

I met Dr. Boyle today. He was extremely kind and compassionate. He explained my medical problem to an extent that impressed me beyond words! If you need a Urologist....Dr. Boyle is THE BEST!

Dr. Boyle took the time to ask questions and to listen carefully. He is already the best urologist I have ever seen!
