I like Dr Dela Llana very much. When you are at his office he is very attentive. Once you leave the office if you have a question you have to leave a message on the nurses line. In my experience when I have left a message they have never called me back even tho it says your call will be returned in 24 hours. It didn't matter if I was sick or in pain as I was this week no return call. The only reason I gave a good review is because of the Dr.

At one time he was an excellent doctor. It seems that he may have more patients than he can handle. When I do need to make an appointment 99% of the time it is with his very incompetent physician assistant. He also use to be about helping his patients save money, that is no longer the case. If you do need to make an appointment and actually do get to see him then be prepared to WAIT sometimes for an hour or more then once you do get called back you will feel very rushed you can almost see it in his eyes that he needs you to hurry up he has to get going. I don't think it's too much to ask since I just spent over an hour waiting that you spend 10 minutes with me to figure whats wrong. I am almost positive all the changes are not his doing but most likely the hospital he is employed by. I keep sticking with him hoping to see a return of the once thoughtful, caring , very competent doctor I once had

I came into his office on a Saturday aftercare visit because my regular doctor's office was closed. I met Dr. Dela Llana and I knew then that he had to become my family doctor. I switched immediately & he has been the best doctor I have ever had, sitting down to talk to me and spend that extra time if needed - not trying to rush out the door. He takes the extra steps to seek 2nd opinions and get the tests that you need to make a good diagnosis. Very pleased to have him taking care of my family's health.

Most doctors I have been to make me wait forever and then rush through my appointment. Dr. Del Llana really cares and doesn't make you wait and is really interested in getting you the care and treatment you need. If he can't do it, he will refer you to someone who can help you. EXCELLENT DOCTOR
