Dr. Alexander Leon Dogon, MD

Dr came in the room and right off the bat told me that I should go see a primary care physician because ER's aren't for longterm issues. He was animatedly throwing his hands around while saying that they are "only there to treat broken bones and life threatening injuries." I told him(as I told the previous two employees who were taking notes) that I had been trying for months with my primary care, we didn't have any progress, and my symptoms were progressively getting worse. Made zero difference. He just got louder and more aggressive. I tried listing my symptoms and he interrupted me 4 times. Continued to interrupt the entire visit. Extremely dismissive. Not interested in caring for if not bleeding out or in cardiac arrest. I should have listened to my gut and told him to leave my room immediately after his opening statements. Dr Dogon should 100% be looked into. 25 years of experience (he'll tell u 10X) doesn't mean you're good at something. The overwhelming amount of 1 and 2 star… review across multiple platforms should be a giant red flag to anyone monitoring this field. If you are at Morton & c him seek alternative help His medical license in ma expires in 2027 but he needs to be removed asap for the communities health and wellbeing.

Totally rude Dr.who is so full of himself .Last thing you want to hear in an Emergency room is how a dr trained in the best of schools and how dare you question my methods of service .

Recently dislocated my shoulder and needed to have it reset Went Morton Hospital ER.I was put in a room within 15 mins had X-Rays done that showed the dislocation,The pain in my shoulder ramped up the from all the way to searing, blinding agony faster than I could blink..When I asked if I could have something for the pain I was told that I have to see then Dr. first. 3 hrs later I was seen .Couldn’t believe how arragont and rude he was the way he treated me as a second class citizen .I feel that I had a right to question his process as to why he couldn’t reset my shoulder in a sitting position as to have to turn over on my stomach which he forced me to do before the pain med even began to work.

Very rude and thinks he knows everything. Tried telling me I was wrong on what kind of surgeries I had. Also automatically assumed I wanted drugs. Keep ur drugs buddy, just help me. Didn't even look at my medical record before coming into my room. Very unpleasant

It would be hard experience to forget. Very rude, impatient; I felt sicker when I left the ER. I cannot fathom how some people make it this far in medical practice. I would give him a zero rating if space is provided.

Exceptional diagnostic skills and attentiveness to patient hsiory and complaints. "house' left no stone unturned that would endanger the patient's prognosis. He has a dry wit and a commanding and reassuring bed side manner. What he may lack in social skills is made up in spades in raw talent and superior ER physician skills.
