Dr. Alexander R. Evens, DO

I was referred to Dr. Evens by my dermatologist for an illness related to tick bites. He was extremely thorough and, while admitting he was not familiar with the specific ticks from the area where I had vacationed, he did the research and I felt very comfortable with his findings. He communicates very well, has a relaxed, personable manner, and you feel that he is dealing with you as a person, not just another patient or problem. You do not feel you are being rushed out of his office. He was a breath of fresh air. If I lived closer, I would choose him for my primary doctor because of his manner and his osteopathic training.

Dr. Evens is a sigh of relief, a well needed addition to the area, essentially, the cure for all of the bad infectious disease doctors in this area. He is very professional, understanding of your concerns and issues (even when they are a result of you not following his recommendations), he is knowledgeable and skilled in his area of practice, and it sure doesn't hurt that he's quite the eye candy.
