Dr. Alexander Fishberg

This was a terrible experience. For my first appointment, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had a break at work and scheduled my appointment during that time. I arrived on time—even earlier than my scheduled appointment—but unfortunately, the doctor wasn’t able to see me until 1 hour and 15 minutes later! The second time, I was very sick and asked to be booked as an emergency visit, but they gave me a regular appointment. I arrived on time again, and when I asked at the reception how soon the doctor could see me, I was told I was the fifth person in line. How can they schedule appointments without warning patients that they’ll have to wait for hours?! Especially when you’re sick or only have a short break at work. This is a very careless attitude toward patients!!!

My mom, who’s in her 70’s, had a fractured toe. So, I had to take her to Advant Health Centra care in Winter Park late in the evening. Dr. Fishberg was thorough in his diagnosis and explaining of my mom’s issue and possible solution. He was knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic.

He started by greeting me with a smile and then listenning to me. What a refreshing experience.
