I have seen Dr. Fogel twice for cosmetic procedures. He is very thorough, he explains everything well. And he’s very nice and kind. Having been extremely pleased with the results after my first visit, I was happy to see him a second time yesterday.

I enjoyed being seen by Dr. Fogel, following years of being Dr. Oestreicher’s patient. We just didn’t go over Joel’s face and the creams he has been using following several facial issues. He needs to be seen to go over the prescriptions he has been using. Will call. Carol Davis
