Dr. Alexander Bruce Glickman, MD

He was very close mind with my situation. His answer to couple things that I asked was "we can't do anything about it". He doesn't listen the patient, he had the answer before I even asked. His attitude was very unplacid, quite arrogant. I had to go to see another doctor and inmediatel was able to found couple options and one of the worked perfectly. So there were a solution yo my problem.

The doctors surgical skills are great but his one staff member is horrendous. Ghetto is a pretty good term for it but I would say no people skills, gets highly offended, and lashes out without letting you get a word in. She is highly defensive and actually hung up the phone on me. All because I called her out on not talking to the doctor to squeeze me in for an earlier appointment as I have a long standing relationship with this doctor. All she had to do was say I forgot to speak to him and that would have been the end of it but that is not the way she played the situation. Brutal person.

The most horrible experience for my 2 year old. The office in Paulison Ave gave me an appointment to be in the hospital at 6 it's 8 am and I'm still waiting. Just because the office had a cancellation because my insurance was canceled and then restore. Horrible experience over the phone with one of his employees.

AM GLAD I FOUND DR.Alexander GlickMan.He takes hes time explaining my condition.Dr.Glickman also,explained every detail about the surgery.Thanks to him I am in the process to breathing again.Thanks Doctor GlickMan and his staff!!!!!!!!

If he can't do surgery.... Doesn't want to help....

I agree with other reviewers, his office staff can be a little rough around the edges. However, I always speak with the same person for appointments and never had any problems. My whole family has been seen by Dr. Glickman, including myself, my two boys, my husband, and even my 89 yr. old dad, and have always had great experiences; that is if you can call surgery a great experience! My 5yr. old, at the time, might have been a candidate for surgery, but he said wait (we have insurance) and he was right! From the silly (we have had a few...no coffee beans in the nose, but things in the ear...that don't belong) to the scary (surgery) Dr. Glickman has handled everything in a caring and professional manner! He's great!

Dr. Glickman takes care of both my children.I will say,he is very nice man,and more then competent physician.His office staff needs to be a little more courteous though...specifically his office manager.My youngest son had tubes put in and it was successful...but after the surgery,the hospital forget to tell us to follow up right away,which wasn't his fault.I called the next day and spoke to the office manager and asked to be put in a soon as possible.She told me that Dr.Glickman was going on vacation( this Dr. goes on more vacations then a cruise director)I told her my son had to be seen.She exploded on the phone,getting all ghetto talking on me.I told her that I wanted my records and wanted to go to another Dr.That day,Dr. Glickman called me and fit me right in the Friday before he was to leave for vacation.He was extremely apologetic and courteous.I will say the only reason I haven't given him a 100% rating is because of his office staff.His Physicians Assistant is wonderful… too.Very knowledgable.

He was horrible he took out my daughters tonsils and didnt remove them all. she is in extreme pain and i want to sue. DONT EVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR! EVER! Waited almost 2 and a half hours!

I do understand the doctor has his responsibilities and the office staff have theirs. However, being a manager myself, he is the leader of the staff and the professionalism of the office needs an immediate tune-up. I had an office worker scold me for completing a recommended test without reminding them to give me a referral. After being scolded like I was 5, I explained that my insurance did not require the referral. She simply lowered her tone and never apologized for scolding me seconds earlier. I do understand many people do not understand their insurance referral procedures, but I am not included in that number. This is the behavior that sent me packing but not the sole reason I left. Office staff needs to be reigned in.
