This guy cannot refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Went several days without my anti-depressants because of negligence or laziness. Doctor wanted me off of Ambien so I went cold turkey after being on for 10 years. Basically if you take medication you do not want to go to this doctor because you won't get what you need.

Had my first visit with Dr. Graypel 6 weeks ago, can feel the weight of my depression being lifted. I have suffered from severe PTSD for as long as I can remember, finally seeing the light at the end of this dark tunnel. His nurse is knowledgeable with a warm heart and welcomed the questions I had at the beginning of my recovery journey.

Before seeing this doctor, I had never missed a single dose of medication. He has written my prescriptions incorrectly, forgotten to send them for days, and does not seem to have a grasp on the fact that this negatively impacts people's lives. His staff do not seem to treat these time-sensitive issues with any sense of urgency whatsoever. There is no apology for the inconvenience or any recognition that they have dropped the ball- just "huh, I'm not sure why he didn't send your prescription". If you are employed, expect to use your PTO to make appointments because with the last available appointment at 3:45, there is no making it work with your schedule.

Had my first visit with Dr. Graypel and it wen't great! From start to finish the staff was amazing and his MA is very sweet. I feel better already knowing I am in good hands.

Dr. Alex Graypel, turned my life around. I was living in a deep depression until he found the right "lower and sutable dose" of medications. He is wonderful, caring, and a great doctor. I feel like a new person! Thanks to all including his staff.

This guy has no idea what he's doing. He's negligent and will not treat your condition. I've been seeing psychiatrists for anxiety and depression for 20 years and he will not rx me effective medication. I've never felt compelled to leave a review about a physician except in 1 other circumstances. Based on his practices I'm surprised he has a license. He can get you in quickly because he can't retain patients. He is absolutely a horrible doctor who does not care about or empathize with patients, nor have subject matter expertise in psychiatric medications.
