Dr. Alexander Wooyoung Jahng, MD

Dr. Alexander Jahng rushed through the legal paperwork and wanted me to sign so we could get going into the colonoscopy procedure. I signed them but demanded to have a copy of all papers. Then we has to wait half hour so I read the forms. Not exactly what he told me particularly item #2, 3, and 4 on the Authorization of Consent form. About the Procedure Consent, he did not go into the detail it required but just checked it off. He did not look at my prior file at Loma Linda on my prior Colonoscopy when I asked him about it. To me this was import he read this before he performed this procedure and he ought to take more time going over paragraph by paragraph on all these legal forms. What burns me the most is that he gave my wife a report afterwards and never went into detail about the 11 photos. The last doctor I had took the time to show them to me and to example them after I woke up form the procedure. His Professionalism and bed side manner have much to be desired… particularly one at a Loma Linda Seventh Day Adventist Hospital. I expect a higher standard from a religious hospital.
