If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an elbow PRP treatment with Dr. Alexander Kheradi, who assured me upfront that the procedure would cost $806—less than other places that typically charge over $1,000. I paid the $806 before the appointment and completed the PRP. However, weeks later, I was shocked to receive an additional bill for $390 with a separate code (Echo guidance for biopsy) that was never disclosed to me before or during the procedure. Having done elbow PRP treatments in the past at other clinics, I know what to expect, and this surprise charge was completely unjustified. The only reason I chose Dr. Kheradi was the convenience of his location, but this experience has been deeply disappointing and feels deceptive. This kind of billing practice is absolutely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Transparency and honesty are crucial in healthcare, and this office failed miserably. Avoid at all costs!
