my appointment was scheduled yesterday at 2.40pm,I have arrived 15 minutes early, was hour, very small and crawly office I asked the lady in the window how long I have to wait, she responds, " waiting hour is nothing, as soon can have an open room inside will call me", and if I want to reschedule will be the same waiting time. I canceled the appointment. I been seeing Doctor London for many years, but this is unbelieved. He is a good doctor. but I am no planning to coming back I will be looking for another doctor

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. London today. His expertise and informative approach made me feel confident and well taken care of. The minimal waiting time was a pleasant surprise, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. London and their team for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

The office was exceptionally accommodating and pleasant. Exceeded any expectations!

Dr Lonson is an exceptional Ent Doctor, he is knowledgeable, compassionate, Health care provider and takes time to explain your condition and give all answers asked no matter how many you have, again He is a Great Doctor, and his staff is exceptional as well

Dr London was pretty straight forward and was very helpful answering questions.

My wife and I both went to Dr. London. I had a feeling that I had something in my throat, so my primary care MD sent me to Dr. London to make sure that I didn't have anything in my neck or throat. Those tests were negative, but he told me I had GERD. He then asked me If I would participate in a voluntary study to check it. I specifically asked if there was an additional copay and I was told it was free. Now I was billed an additional $40.00 copay for the "so called" free study. Now the office staff insists that they always say that there is no copay until they file an insurance claim. It seems strange that I have been billed for this after my insurance refused to pay him at first until they got more information from him and based on the latest statement his billing had been reduced and he was paid based on a lower billing amount. Also my wife was assured that when she went to him for nasal drip, that I hearing test was part of her visit and there would be no additional charge, she has… now been billed $65.00 for basically doing nothing. And since the room where hearing tests are usually performed had been damaged she was tested in a room that was not soundproof and she could hear noises from outside the room. She was told to take Claritin or something like it for the nasal drip, which is what our primary care MD told her. Her visit was a complete waste of time and money. Supposedly, his office is in the process of speaking to him about waving the copays, and of course he is not in the office today and we will have to wait until next week. Wait seems to be the key word here since you have to wait for an hour and a half to two hours for your appointment after arriving at the office. I would never recommend him. I can't help but feel we are seniors who are being unfairly treated! One more thing, when I went for the GERD study, the man who does the test was so mad that he wasn't told that we were waiting for him and he was late, that I suggested that we could cancel if he was that upset. I should have left when I was subjected to his terrible mood and anger.

I arrived for my first time appointment to see dr. London 10 mins early knowing there would be paperwork. Upon entering FOUR secretaries were seated at the desk. Dee handed me my paperwork while very coldly..and seeming annoyed to have to explain what she needed me to do, told me what to fill it out. I took my seat, filled it out, and then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for an hour and ten minutes. During that hour I had no choice but to listen to the four secretaries talk about nothing but personal stories while getting annoyed at having to break to greet an incoming patient. At one point dee started complaining about the dr asking her to do something and cursed out loud causing everyone in the waiting room to look. She then proceeded to call her nail salon and book an appointment. I am 25 years old, I curse like a sailor when out with my friends, HOWEVER, when at the dental office I work at, I act NOTHING short of professional accomodating to all patients of all ages and am… courteous, so this came as a shock to me. was then called to a treatment room where I waited another 15 minutes. Upon entering dr. London seemed to want to do anything but be seeing me, due to his monotone speech & overall noncomforting bedside manner.

I went there once and will NEVER be back again! I got there early for my appointment time and still waited 1:45 minutes for my appoointment. I should have walked out. There were no emergencies. And certianly no apologies. The dr was cold and alloof, I was told by others in waiting room that there is always a very long wait. I was even told be someone working in the office that that wait was typical. They never got back to me with blood work results. I had to call them 2x. I was finally told the doctor would call me but someone else (non-doctor who knew very little) did. Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!
