Total illegal dealer. while waiting, seen 4 out of state plate cars pull in, get there drugs and on there way. one van sold theirs before leaving parking lot. my spouse needs her meds but getting off because wont pay 300.00 for monthly office visits.

Awful, no help at all

Dr. Malayev claims to be a pain management doctor, however he is not certified in pain management. He gives pain meds to anyone who walks through the door. He will give a twenty something kid 10 methadones a day, but refuse a 50 yr old with a history of chronic pain, who's been on pain meds for years. I feel he's nothing more then a drug dealer.

I absolutely don't know what I would do without this doctor. His ease of scheduling and prompt service always comes to mind. I recommend everyone I know to him due to his attention to detail.
