Dr. Alexander Borisovich Mamonov, MD

I'm nearing the end of my third full-term pregnancy with Dr. Mamanov and am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Five years ago he quickly discovered a uterine cyst that was blocking implantation. (Another had missed it.) He performed a scope surgery to remove the cyst, and soon afterward we conceived. Due to several large intrauterine fibroids, Dr. Mamonov referred me to a high-risk doctor in Green Bay for growth scans. I was carefully monitored by both and had no complications. My first delivery ended up as a "failure to progress" due to a sunny-side-up large baby and I went to c-section. Although it wasn't the experience I had hoped for, I always felt like my safety and the safety of the baby was the top concern. I had an easy recovery. I chose to stay with Dr. Mamonov for my subsequent two pregnancies and c-sections. (Our hospital does not allow vbacs and I decided not to travel an hour to try.) I am impressed by his bedside manner, his attention to… detail, and his respect for my preferences. He is a skilled surgeon and a caring doctor. Marinette is lucky to have him.

Very poor experience. He should be banned from c-sections as well. Will never feel confident recommending him. If anything, stay away.
