My daughter ended up at childrens hospital for 2 weeks. Maybe if we got there sooner we wouldn't have had to have 2 surgeries months of antibiotics. He was trying to tell me this was the flu. Her oxygen was low she had to be pushed in a stroller. She is 6! He couldn't hear anything in her lungs bc her lung was so filled with fluid and he heard her cough and did the right thing and offered an xray but he made me feel like I was crazy hypochondriac. This doctor sent with with a prescription for pneumonia for ammoxycillan which was not enough for hwr severe case and absolutely no instructions as to what i shld look for. He thought the pain in her side was from coughing too hard although it was bc her lung was basically collapsed with fluid on outside. I explained she hardly coughed. He and told me to give her delsym. A huge no no bc delsym is a cough suppressant
