He is not only an expert at what he does, he has heart, he cares, and you truly are being taken care of!! I can't say enough. I will never forget my experience, he is my gold standard for treatment. Thank you Dr. Mark!!

Was worried about being dizzy. Dr. Mark was able to add me to his busy schedule and quickly reassure me. He was very kind and considerate. Also, his staff was very cordial and competent.

Could not ask for better. He is old school. Ethical and cares about the patient and family!

I understand the negative reviews of the technicians (with the exception of Dominic, who is unfortunately just doing a rotation there). However, this space is for reviews of the Radiologist, Dr. Alexander Mark. I have never had such a positive experience with a radiologist. How often are you greeted in the waiting room by a doctor well before you are called by the tech? It was so reassuring for him to say up front that he would go over the results of the MRI after the procedure. He was true to his word, gave a clear non-technical explanation of what he saw, treated me like a human being and not a picture on a screen, and I never felt rushed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Mark, but I totally agree with the negative reviews of the techs (except Dominic). I found the man at the front desk was very polite, professional and helpful both on the phone & in person. The headset quality used for the MRI was EXTREMELY poor, so I could barely hear the music or Dominic's reassuring… comments, even after he turned up the volume so loud that it was full of static mid-way through the procedure. If it were not for Dr. Mark, I wouldn't use the facility again. I think he is exceptional.

Rude staff, 1 hour wait, and no bedside manner. Ad as heck at my specialist for sending to thing place. All their reviews all say the same thing. Would never go back!

I had pain in my hip and could not claim staires. The recomandation was for hip replacement. Dr. Mark made an MRI and his diagnostic saved me from operation. It was a bursitis that was treated by my orthoped with a simple cortison injections. Great diagnostician Dr. Mark
