Dr Olawaiye was very informative about my condition, explained it in words we could understand. The wait time was minimual, friendly staff. I would recommend him to anyone.

Was not happy with the lack of follow up care after surgery. He would not address a question I had about my surgery. He told me he has been doing this for x number of years. As though I shouldn't bother him. Was not happy with him and will never go back to Magee

I was stage 4 in my cancer when it was found and Dr. Olawaiye was absolutely in his care of my case. He took the time to answer ALL of our (my family and I's) questions and concerns. Was very proactive in my treatment and surgery. I would highly recommend him!!! Thank you Dr. Olawaiye and all of his associates!!!

Dr. Olawaiye is superb. He is very professional yet comforting in explaining your particular cancer issue. Extremely intelligent, no question is too insignificant for him. He made it known that my case was of great importance to him. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Olawaiye for my oncologist.

Dr. Olawaiye is a fantastic doctor. From the first time he came in and introduced himself and through out my illness, he was patient, caring, and understanding. He was a skilled surgeon, and a highly professional doctor who kept things in perspective for me and my family. He visited me on his rounds each morning and afternoon, and took the time to sit down to talk and listen. My GP recommended him, and I'm so glad he did.

Felt it was inappropriate to hand me his card as he introduced himself and when I was putting my feet up in the stirrups to be examined. I felt devalued when he talked to me and I felt like a commodity. He did not spend much time with me and demeaned me by insinuating I should not have the reservations that I had. Did not understand why I would be concerned about having a hysercotomy considering I am 45 years old. Obviously, I will not have children, but I may still have other reservations. He did not have the time to hear them. Horrible experience, that turned me off from using Magee Hospital.
