I have had the good fortune to visit Doctor Owens several times over the last few years. Each time I am surprised at his professionalism and knowledge however lot of doctors have those qualities, what sets Dr. Owens apart is his caring and compassion. This is not only a personal trait it is also true of his entire staff! He and his staff's exceptional service deserve more than the highest rating available - Dr. Alexander Owens - 6 (six) stars!

I have seen Dr. Owen for the past 10 years. He is agreat doctor. He cares about you as a patient and will sit with you as long as needed to discuss our problem. He as taken care of all my medical issues from blood pressure to diabetes. I also have gone to him for ajustments for my back. Appointments are easy to make. he also has walk in availablity. I recommend him highly.

He really is THE BEST. Somehow the wait time has gotten longer and longer. I can only hope this is because people love to come to his practice.

Love Dr. Owens he is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, helps with preventative and outsources to specialists who are also the same. I like the fact that I can see him for all my medical needs including adjustments! His nurse Amber is also very personable and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my visits, even when I am not feeling the best

I called their offices 3 times to make an appointment as a new patient. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. No calls returned in 3 days.

I am in search of another doctor. Unfortunately, Dr. Owens had to discharge me from his care and I can no longer recommend him. He is a good doctor, but he has a medical assistant (Amber Allen) that is mean and she hurt my arm when she took my blood pressure. I filed a grievance, but they said that all I can do is find another doctor, because she is the only medical assistant he has. I can't see him without seeing her, so he had to discharge me. All I can say is that she is definitely not worth it.

I have called DR Owens office six times over a two week period and left four messages and never spoke to a real person or had my messages returned. I was attempting to make an appointment. What would have happened if it had been important?
