Dr. Alexander Rubin

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Dr. Alexander Rubin who prescribed me a medication at a dosage that I believe was dangerously high and directly led to serious medical consequences, including three hospitalizations. Dr. Alexander Rubin prescribed which I followed exactly as instructed. Shortly after starting the medication, I experienced severe side effects including dizziness, fainting, loss of consciousness These effects became so severe that I passed out and had to be hospitalized on three separate occasions Upon review by emergency physicians during my hospital stays, I was advised that the prescribed dosage was too high and potentially unsafe for my condition, weight, and/or medical history. This has caused me extreme distress, physical harm, and financial hardship due to repeated emergency care and follow-up treatment. I believe this reflects a serious lapse in judgment and negligence in patient care, and I am requesting that this incident be formally… investigated. I would like to know what steps are being taken to ensure accountability and prevent similar cases from happening to other patients in the future. will not be visit this doctor again !!! do not recomend Sincerely, Gary Vishnevetsky

Took my mother in law to see Dr Rubin. workers are rude on phone. Dr was changing my mother in law medicine to what she was already on. Took a phone call on his cell in the middle of talking to me. Will never go back.
