Showed up for my 4 pm consultation at 3:35 as requested by staff to fill out my new patient information. The waiting area had about 6 people when I arrived. I completed all of the paperwork and gave it to the receptionist then sat and waited. At 3:59 I texted my husband that I was the last person left in the waiting room so should be going in soon…. At about 4:10 a young lady walks in and waits a few minutes then approaches the receptionist and tells her she can’t wait much longer and asks how much longer it will be. I asked her who she was seeing and she said Dr Sailon. I told her I had been waiting since before 4. The receptionist goes in the back and returns and someone calls the girl back. Mind you it is now 4:30 and I’m still waiting. I requested a refund and told them I wasn’t waiting when they felt it was necessary to take a patient who obviously wasn’t even there until after my scheduled time of 4:00. What a wasted day…they told me the girls appointment was at ABOUT 4. … Give me a break and don’t lie to me..

Had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sailon and the results are just incredible! Everyone tells me how beautiful and natural my results are. Dr. Sailon is really kind and explains everything so well. He made me comfortable and I felt like I could really trust him!

I hardly ever write reviews for anything, however; Dr. Alexander Sailon is a special exception. Not only did Dr. Sailon fix/repair what another plastic surgeon botched, he was genuinely concerned about not only my appearance but how I felt about myself. He really and truly cares about his patients and makes you feel at ease. He is absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever gone to – regardless of specialty. He literally changed my life. I am so happy with the results that I am almost in disbelief as my husband and I weren’t sure if the botched surgery could be fixed. I am very happy to have found Dr. Sailon and I unquestionably recommend him. I refer to him as my Angel.

My outcome exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sailon was able to follow through perfectly from renderings of the proposed surgery. He is a skilled surgeon and artist.

I am so grateful for Dr. Sailon's skill and expertise. He is a excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him!

Truly beautiful and natural looking work. He is incredibly meticulous. I work in an operating room and have seen his work first hand. Don't go anywhere else! He is the best of the best.

Dr. Sailon took the time to listen to my concerns about getting injections for the first time. He was able to use a minimal amount at the first appointment to make my face look completely natural, and I have returned to him for touch ups every few months with amazing results. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in botox or fillers! He thoroughly explains the process and makes you feel comfortable. Absolutely top notch!

Do not recommend. I’ve never had injections go so badly - I’m concerned the damage he’s done to my face may be permanent even after multiple rounds of dissolving.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sailon for Botox for the past year and will never go anywhere else! He is professional, skilled, and kind. Highly recommend!
