Find yourself another Pain Management Doctor. After paying all of my bills, as I always do, I just received a bill for $450.00 for an unnecessary urinalysis. The insurance won’t pay because it was unnecessary. And the urinalysis WAS unnecessary. Do NOT visit this office.

I am a very hard IV stick and he didn't give up easily. He seemed to feel bad for me that I needed a procedure and couldn't get without IV.

I was getting a "trigger point injection" at Bluegrass Pain Consultants and asked Sinofski what the shot was, he rudely told me I was too ignorant to understand and that I should have had all the information from the PA. I then said "You are right here and I would have to make an appointment again to see the PA" He walked off. I then found out he intended to do "nerve ablation" which is something I would never have done. So no, the PA did not explain and I am not too ignorant to know what a doctor is going to do with me. He may be a good physician as long as he does not have to contact a patient who is awake.

This dr is awesome..great bedside manner and very kind and good with his patients

2 hour wait every time

I recently had a neck procedure performed by Dr Sinofsky. I was treated with nothing but respect. He has great bed side manner and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Would recommend.
