It was immediately apparent that Dr. SnowMassara was an exceptionally intelligent individual. Unfortunately, this meant that his brain ran a million miles faster than mine. The is resulted in my feeling very rushed and unheard during the appointment. It was transactional, nothing more. I believe I got the information and treatment plan that I was seeking, but I would never elect to be seen by him again. Let me reiterate: Dr. SnowMassara is incredibly smart. He practices first-rate medicine and knows what he's talking about. But his personality style wasn't for me.

Dr. SnowMassara spent a lot of time with me, explained why he recommended what he did and typed out the details on the notes document so I could explain it to my wife. I could not have asked for better care and direction.

Wanted it switched because I thought there was something more appropriate for my symptoms. Doctor said he doesn’t know enough about this this type of medication for me to see a physiatrist. My insurance does not cover this. One year later after my Mom had the same problem insomnia and other side effects from the medication she was taking switched to the cousin medicine and everything was perfect. I called after I know about the medication if he does or not he could look it up just like I did after I heard this. A year asking for the switch now that I have played my own Heath Care Advocate I was told I would have to come in for a appointment! If it’s completely not necessary during COVID I thought we were not supposed to be doing things that are to put us at risk. Sorry if I feel Doctors offices and hospitals could possibly be a place where germs reside. I think I will just find a new doctor on line! Because why go in to a doctor who told me before he was clueless on my pretty… normal medication! I just don’t feel he had or has my best interest for my health at hand. He it seems just want a pay check. I want a doctor who cares it is evident in how they help or do not help their patients! I just wanted not to have insomnia from my medication lack of sleep can make a person upset! Ya know
