Exceptional. I had a medical anomaly that caused severe kidney infections for a couple of years- in and out of hospitals, even lost my job. Dr. Sotiropoulos determined the source of problem- a rare anatomical issue- and fixed it with incredible skill and fabulous bedside manner. That was over 20 years ago and I have NEVER had a problem with my kidney since, I owe him an enormous amount of gratitude.

Dr Sotiropoulos saved my life after I was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer many years ago. His surgical skills are unparalleled and his bedside manner superb. He could not be more considerate before the surgery, answering all my questions and putting me at ease about the procedure and the outcome I could expect. I recommend him highly and am so lucky to be his patient, which I still am, after all these years

Dr. Sotiropoulos performed routine surgery on me, during which in order that he give two new doctors the experience of performing that procedure, he allowed them in turn to perform part of the cutting without my permission. The end result was a botched job for which I underwent many plastic surgery procedures to correct the scars. At the time I should have sued him for malpractice and I should have shared this experience immediately in order to prevent others from being his victims. Joseph, Forest Hills
