I experienced one of the poorest examples of customer service from front office staff during my visit. I arrived 20 mins. early for my appointment and checked in. Was presented several "forms" which I was asked to sign, similar to forms I completed 3 mos. ago, GO FIGURE! Returned forms to front desk and was told I wasn't in their system for my appointment; moreover, I was told I wasn't found in their system. When I arrived, I gave the assistant my name and spelled it for her. She then checked again with the same result. Since this appointment was a rescheduled one, I went out to my car to retrieve the initial appointment sheet to prove I had an appointment. Once the person read the sheet she recognized that she entered the wrong spelling of my last name. I reminded her I spelled my name for her upon my arrival. It was then 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was seated near the front office, waiting for my name to be announced, and four more people came into the office… subsequent to the aforementioned mistake. All four of them had appointments scheduled later than mine. All four patients were seen before me. I went to the front desk and asked if there was a problem with their scheduling app? My appointment should have occurred 30 minutes ago. I was asked to WAIT to see if they could get me in? Didn't wait and left! Great Professional Care is provided by the Drs.; however, don't expect same from front office staff!
