I've never had an experience like this before in my life. It's a good thing that I'm a Christian and God gave me peace beyond human understanding Philippians 4:7, as far as the experience goes. I have complex PTSD. I just have 1 thing to say, he had no excuse whatsoever to close the door behind him. He was the only person in the room besides me. I'm a woman. He stood there staring at me thinking he's a bouncer. Feet shoulder width apart, arm puffed up crossed in front of him. Then he proceeded to literally raise his voice and yell at me. The second he left the room I grabbed my stuff and walked out of the hospital as quickly as possible. It's not necessary to scare a patient when they come to you for help. Now I have a fear of speaking to doctors face to face. Thanks a lot!! I believe that was very unprofessional and intimidating. Gee, I never knew that was part of doctor protocol. Make sure when you talk to your patients and scare them, what, does he actually think that's part of what… the medical school taught him? I promise it's not.
