Dr. Alexander Chi-Shun Tsang, MD

Dr Tsang fell asleep during my appt.!!! I called and asked for a prescription for eye drops and was told they could not help me until my $5.00 copay was paid from the previous visit ! I told them I would NOT pay it because Dr. Tsang fell asleep during my appt !!! I will never go back to them. And to all other patients....WATCH OUT!!!!

My initial appointment with Dr. Tsang was excellent. I must say that the wait time in the office was over 2.25 hrs and no one informed me that the doctor was running behind. I kept asking if the doctor was behind and they informed me I was next but for a 1:20 appt to be seen over 2 hours later that was not good because I had an appt. after his that I had to call and cancel. However, when the doctor came in he was friendly and I was impressed by his knowledge and patients to educate me on the problem that was going on with my eyes. If I wasn't impressed with the doctor I would not have gone back to this office.
