Dr. Alexander Kuoshi Yeh, MD

I have great confidence in Dr Yeh . I have Been a patient for years . I called on a Sunday am because I had a sinus infection. I expected to get an answering machine when Dr Yeh picked up the phone and met me at his office by noon . To me that is above and beyond . I have many more instances that I can mention by and far he is an excellent Dr and a kind human being!!

Dr. Yeh is a great doctor. That is, if you like doctors who don't like patient questions. And a doctor who's philosophy is, " if there's something wrong, I'll tell you." So if he doesn't tell you anything (which he won't), I guess the assumption can be made that everything is OK. I can go on about the cleanliness of the office or the fact that his medical assistant doesn't appear to wear gloves when handling samples, but that will take too long.

I have been going their 35 years.Always had good treatment from him and Kathy.

Receptionist Kathy is the rudest person in health care. She should not have a job there. She should not deal with people. Dr. Yeh is almost as rude. I don't understand how patients still go there. God forbid you need a referral. its like pulling teeth. BAD PLACE STAY AWAY!

First of all, the place is kinda creepy compare to a health approval station. I do not believe the place has been meet the standard for a medical office. The Receptionist is ok, she cares patient more than the Dr.Yeh. One thing that I really upset about him is he lie on the cost, when I talk to the receptionist, the price is 7 times more than what Dr.Yet told me, and eventually I have to pay the bill out of my own pocket, i was shock when I heard the cost! if the receptionist didn't told me that, I going to have a bill in my mail box few days later with thousands of dollars that I need to pay. I told the receptionist something is not right here. Than I heard Dr.Yeh said:"he think he don't have to pay the bill? Somebody is going to pay the bill! what a smart XSS!". I can't believe I heard that, but guess what! lucky that I didn't even start the process! Just letting people to see what kinda manner that Dr.Yeh has, and if you decided to visit the place, before you do anything make sure… the cost is exactly what he said, or you going to have a surprise bill in your mailbox!

The Receptionist was the most rude person I have ever dealt with!!! The person that is dealing with the patients should be courteaous, I personally would not recomend visiting if you care about being treated with manners!!
