Alexandra Armitage, FNP

Dr. Alexandra Armitage, DNP, CNL, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in palliative care, with a focus on managing complex neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson's and Huntington's diseases.Trained in traditional Western medicine, she is also a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified Empowered Relief Pain Coach, and member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Armitage takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to healthcare, integrating complementary therapies to manage pain, anxiety, and other symptoms while promoting overall wellness.In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Armitage holds a faculty appointment at Baylor College of Medicine in Temple, where she serves as Director of Interprofessional Education (IPE) for the Temple campus.
