I took my 11 year old daughter for consultation, they were nice and said not in network, but will apply for insurance if we proceeded. She was pleasant and said to schedule an appointment for her with an orthodontist and then come back to her. I went to see her again at referral from my dentist and they made me pay for my daughter consultation, plus mine. We were never told of anything due at time of my daughter and I paid it. I had a procedure and my insurance over paid and fighting for months to get money back! The doctor is good but billing department is horrible and they owe me money and going to file BBB against her office.

I can't say enough about Doctor Bailey and her staff, the caring and compassion they show their patients goes beyond excellence. Thank you!

My son was being put under anesthesia and wanted me with him for the beginning of the appt. I was rudely told NO by the assistant bringing him in. She said NO, Patient only with an awful glare at me as if I was crazy. People in the waiting room were even shocked. I hope the extraction goes ok.

I had my wisdom teeth removed not too long ago. Dr. Hilary performed the surgery and it went flawlessly. There was almost no waiting time and they made me feel safe about everything by going through the procedure before she did it. There was only pain after the first day and after that everything began to come back to normal quickly. The instructions to follow were very easy. Dr. Bialy is a super nice and very successful dentist. 100% recommend going to her if you're getting you're wisdom teeth removed.

Waited 90 minutes for procedure to start. She started working before I was numb, then knocked off a crown. Will not go back.

I had four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bialy and it couldn't have gone any better. The consultation and prep were informative and the procedure was very easy. She followed up that evening and I had no issues post-operation.
