After the office checked with my insurance I was told orthotics WOULD be covered. After receiving the orthotics the office told me they made an error on my insurance information. My orthotics would now not be covered by insurance. So I was charged $350 for orthotics that don't even work. So I'm out $350 and have nothing to show for it because their office did not request the correct information. Please save yourself money and aggravation- go to a different doctor!

Set up appointment. Was advised I had plantar fasciitis and was given two cortisone shots. Foot still swollen one week later . Went back and was given steroids for 6 days. Foot still swollen. Went to pay $10 and pick up X-ray disk for another DR and it did not import . All total waste of time and money. New Dr is setting up MRI as suspects fractured bone in foot.

If I hadn't gone to another Dr I would have had my big toe amputated! All Dr Buk would do is give me steroid injections and tell me to not walk on that foot

She knew just what the problem was. Excellent "bedside" manner, I was treated and experienced relief from my foot pain!
