Dr. Alexandra Fetter-Zarzeka, MD

Dr. Zarzeka is an e.r physician at the Women and Children's . I have 3 children, and over the past 5 years they all have seen her at some point. She is very rude, has a horrible bed side manner. She sent both of my sons home with the flu and a temperature of 100 and NO PRESCRIPTION! That was not the first time my children have seen her and she sent us home with no prescription. It has gotten to the point if we are going to the e.r I check to see who the physician is first.

My daughter is now 11 years old, but when she was born, Dr. Zarzeka had an office in Monroeville, AL, and we saw her quite a bit for the first year of Maggie's life. She was WONDERFUL with my baby - and I had total confidence in her treatment of her. If you need an outstanding pediatrician, Dr. Z is THE ONE!

I love this Lady, She saved my sons life many times. He was a preemie and very sick. we formed a very close bond, and she trusted my judgement as a mother which is something most Drs will never do. When mt son finally made it out of the woods she celebrated with me. Who does that....She does!
