I would have expected more in the level of education for such a prestigious hospital such as MGH. This doctor has a poor bedside manner and seemed as if she didn’t have enough education in her field. I am shocked to be honest on her lack of knowledge and felt as though I as the parent had to educate her on the situation. She clearly needs to continue learning on how to work with the parent of the child she is treating as she was extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend her or ever see her again. I would be hesitant to return to mgh pediatric neurology for care after this visit. Although I would hope the other doctors would better educated then she was.
