Unorganized, unhappy and unhealthy environment. This doctor is a geriatric doctor for the elderly who need that special attention. Mistakes can be hazardous to their health and cause them their life. Sadly, this doctor is always in a hurry to get in and get out. She is forgetful. She is in the office only a few hours a WEEK which may explain why she is always confused and mistakes are made. Lost lab tests (3 times in a row) and lost personal paperwork on several occasions. She forgets to order basic annual blood tests. Her interests are not with her patients but in faculty work as confirmed by her office mgr. and it shows in her lack of attention. For years, mishaps and inaccuracies are the norm in this office. It is an unorganized, unhealthy and unhappy environment. You may want to continue your search for another physician.

Billed me for services she didn’t even do. Don’t lie about what you did.

Dr. Alexandra Halalau is very professional and knowledgeable.

She is not just very knowledgeable in her field but has an extra sense about diagnosing. I would call her a gifted doctor. Also Dr. Alex Halalau is very compassionate and goes out of her way to show she really cares for me as a person. She is born with an amazing ability to bring peace to any situation. I always feel like it's going to be OK after I see her. Excellent!!

So many doctors just are not good listeners; Dr. Halaleau is a very good listener - she lets you tell about all your concerns and questions - never cutting you short - where some doctors think they get the idea about what you are saying and stop you and make a diagnosis and suggest a treatment. She seems so patient and compassionate, and yet also seems very current on recent facts in the medical field.

Excellend physician! She takes the time to listen to me and find out what is wrong.
