Dr. Alexandra Klikoff, MD

I can highly recommend Dr. Klikhoff as OB/GYN since she is competent and dedicated. She is trustworthy and I am happy to be one of her patients. However, the unprofessionalism of some of her staff can really get on your nerves. It is incredibly annoying to schedule appointments, the receptionists are unable to forward messages right nor return calls and are often super unfriendly. In summary you need steady nerves to cope with them. I hope that Dr. Klikhoff finds a solution to improve the internal communication and process management soon since her receptionists have a negative impact on the practice.

I highely recommend Dr. Alexandra Klikoff, the office is very well organize and very welcoming, the recepsionist are very nice and helpful they always remind you a day before your appoitment day.The wait is usually from 15 minutes depending on how busy it is but, I have never waited a lot. I was so amazed on how educated Dr. Klikoff is, she's very intelligant ans she knows what she's talking about. Donna Brown is simply the best : ) Having them both during my pregnacy made me feel very comfortable.I'm deffenitly coming back with them for my second baby.

Long wait times every time close to 1 hour. I love the midwifes at this office however not to fond of Dr. Klicoff. She rushes thru my appointmets. The last appoinments we didnt even get to listen to the babies heart beat. She counted the heart beat then went on the next topic.

Dr. Klikoff may not always be running on time or give ou warm fuzzies but she is an EXCELLENT doctor! Worth the wait! She knows what she's talking! If you need warm fuzzies (which I sometimes do) make an appointment with the midwife, Donna. They are wonderful!

Dr. Klikoff and midwife Donna Brown have been two HUGE blessings in my life. As a former collegiate athlete and a woman known for her "toughness", nothing prepared me for pregnancy and all the complications that followed. I can't imagine going through the experience without Dr. Klikoff and Donna. Dr. Klikoff opened up her office early so that she could make room to see me during one of the scariest times of my pregnancy. And during my LOOOOOONG labor, Dr. Klikoff and Donna were there for both me and my family. Dr. Klikoff brought her daughter and sat and read books while I labored, checking in on me and waiting patiently until it was "time". She was AMAZING during my delivery and has been amazing ever since. She is so incredibly intelligent, but seeks more knowledge in and out of her field consistently. She definitely treats the whole person, and takes time to listen and give advice on the ups and downs of being a career woman and a mother. I will admit that the wait time is… usually long. But I know that going in, so I bring some snacks, some paperwork to grade, or a book to read. To me it is an insignificant inconvience for the luxury of having such a caring, knowledgable, personable, and committed doctor. I've had doctors who are otherwise, with shorter waiting periods. No thank you. I'll enjoy my book, and my doctor! By the way, the staff has been wonderful as well. I believe some changes have been made over the past few years, and the girls at the front desk are such a joy!

Dr. Klikoff is an outstanding physician. Whilst I know I was not the only patient she was seeing the day of my appointment, I felt that I was. I felt she had all day for me. She listened, shared, not only personal anecdotes but information regarding current studies and research. She is sensitive, knowledgeable, smart. She is scientific but also treats the "whole" person. I highly recommend this doctor. I have seen quite a few doctors in my life, and rarely have I felt such personal attention.

Dr. Klikoff would yawn continuously during appointments and seem quite uninterested. I also found her to be quite negative and fear-inducing, not at all the enlightened OB I had expected. Staff ignorant.

At least an hour wait for each visit, staff will tell you doctor is unavailable for phone calls or questions for weeks at a time. Patients are treated with a condescending attitude & their feelings are irrelevant as is any new science.

If you are looking for a polished office and staff go somewhere else. If you are seeking the very best in medical care then Dr. Klikoff is the doctor to have. I had 1 child in L.A. through Kaiser. The level of medical care was good. I had my second child with Dr. Klikoff and I was so very, very well taken care of by her - on all levels - medically, emotionally, etc. Look deeper than her intellect (which is supreme as a dr.) and you will find a true healer in the best sense of the word.
