Dr. Alexandra Lerman

Alexandra Lerman is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking support in coping with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, school issues, family and relationship conflicts, and behavioral issues. Alexandra completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Rutgers University and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Montclair State University. Her hope is to collaborate with clients in order to inform a treatment plan that best meets their needs. Alexandra utilizes several evidenced based practices within her approach including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, play therapy, and person-centered therapy (PCT). Alexandra is ready to support you in your journey of healing.
