Dr. Alexandra Shipman Rackoff, MD

She is a medical gaslighter. Don’t trust her. She doesn’t care about you or no one except herself. And her bedside manner is awfully rude. If you get her ask for a different doctor. Or ask for a patient advocate. There is always 100% a reason for pain. She think it’s in your head and your drug seeking, even when you don’t have a history of drugs but have a history of mental health. Kept looking at my scars. This is why people don’t want to come in to hospitals. She needs to find a different career path.

I give one star because there is not a option for a “0”. This is the last Dr. You will ever want to encounter especially in ER. Rude condescending and completely unprofessional. Once she makes her snap judgment all she does is focus on that while the underlying significant health issues that TRULY need to be addressed become less than a horrible foot note. DO NOT trust this Dr. If you need emergency care got to Bellevue, probably save your life!

I have never had such a bad experience with any Physician. Not only did she miss a symptom, her bedside manner was condescending and rude.
