Dr. Alexandra Ramsahai

Dr Ramsahai was SO rude! I haven't been to the dentist in many many years due to a traumatic wisdom tooth extraction some years ago and was feeling nervous about going back considering I now have a cracked tooth. She has no bedside manner whatsoever! Just plain rude!! She asked me what I rather, remove the tooth or root canal, you just examined my mouth correct, did you see any root canals in there? Obviously, I've never had one, as a doctor, can you explain which would be better for my situation? Of course not! So when I asked, she simply said, "if you remove the tooth, a new one isn't going to grow back, these aren't your baby teeth." Um... I'm pretty sure at 30 yrs old, I'm aware that I no longer have baby teeth, but thank you for continuing to be rude for this entire experience! Not to mention I was seen 40 minutes past my appointment time, the office is filthy!! and there isn't even individual exam rooms. You're just out there in the open. She told me I needed a deep cleaning..… yeah well, so does your office! When I was setting up my next appointment I was given first appointment of the day and decided to ask if I would be seen on time because I had other appointments for the day and I was told "if you show up on time"... I was 15 minutes early to this appointment and was seen 40 minutes later... I mean come on! I work for a doctor myself and the whole experience was trash. Decided to look them up (which I should have done before hand) and they have some other yelp page that was closed for whatever stranger reason.. probably because the only review listed stated that the doctor gave a root canal that had to be redone by someone else entirely because she did such a poor job. Right, just another thing to make me feel comfortable with someone that's going to be digging in my mouth for up to 90 mins, no thanks. Cancelled my appointments and will definitely go elsewhere. This place is a nightmare and obviously, I do NOT recommend.

It's a small office, but employees are very polite. DR.Ramsahai was very helpful and delicate with my teeth. Nothing to complain about, a trip to the dentist is never a fun experience. Dr.Ramsahai made it quick, and simple visit. First time going to her, and im glad too say i will be back.

Unprofessional doctor decided that she can extract my tooth without needed skills of surgeon, proper anesthesia and surgical nurse. She tried to extract a tooth with drilling! The result was more then hour of my suffering, terrible pain and broken tooth. At the end I was told to find oral surgeon and go there. I came home and fainted. In pain, bleeding and crying I spent the rest of the day trying to find surgeon who can help me immediately, because of emergency of situation and my critical condition. Don't go to AC Dental! Go to Dr. Manuel Matos who saved me after all.
