Dr. Alexandra Mcintosh Navarro

Dr. Navarro and her team are the worst caregivers I ever encounter. I only met them 3 times, the first visit is the initial visit and I had a strange feeling to them already, second visit, ask me to get x-ray and lab and which I did, and also set me an appointment for next visit. When I get in their office, staff ask me if I went to have my x-ray done and if I have a copy or access to it and I said no because x-ray office said they will send to the Dr's office, so I ask if they have a copy and staff said no but she will double check and also call x-ray. So, I told the staff that r-ray was done weeks before this appointment and you don't have the result in the file, how can the doctor see me, if she did not review the x-ray result, staff ask to be excused, and I said okay, Dr. Navarro came in and said that I should be nicer to her staff, and that we should depart, so I said ok and I said I am not comfortable with you anyway, I work also in a medical field, and I am always prepared. My… conclusion, Dr. Navarro and her team cannot be recommended to another patient, Review rating 0.5, Sorry
