Alexandra "sasha" Watts, CNM

Sasha, a certified nurse-midwife, provides inclusive, trauma-informed care for people of all body types. Her clinical interests include gender-affirming care, long-acting contraceptive device insertions, abortion care, and holistic prenatal and postpartum care. Before becoming a midwife, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse, childbirth educator and doula. Sasha believes it is an honor and privilege to care for people during some of their most vulnerable moments. She loves building connections with patients and the community through birth work and gynecology. With over a decade of experience caring for families in both hospital and homebirth settings, she is committed to equitable, inclusive and person-centered care. She welcomes feedback from patients and colleagues as she continues to create a more holistic and trauma-informed care experience. Outside of work, Sasha enjoys spending time with family, hosting friends for a delicious meal, sipping coffee while exploring new towns …and cities, reading, walking, hiking and discovering great food.
