I’m Dr. Alexandria Hooks, DNP, and I’m the founder of Hooked on Wellness Consulting PLLC in San Antonio, Texas. I provide personalized care with faith-based principles integrated with evidence-based lifestyle medicine from a whole-person approach— mind, body, and spirit for optimal wellness.

I was raised on a country farm, which shaped my practical, grounded approach to health and my appreciation for hard work and simple, sustainable habits.
