Alexandro Vasquez, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with doctoral-level preparation in advanced nursing practice. He founded Clear Path Psychiatry with a straightforward purpose: to make high-quality outpatient psychiatric care accessible to adults in rural Minnesota — not just in metro areas where options are concentrated. He understands access barriers not just clinically, but personally — growing up in a family that navigated new systems in a new country shaped his belief that quality care should be reachable, not rationed.

His clinical approach centers on careful diagnostic evaluation and medication management grounded in current psychiatric evidence. New patient appointments are designed with sufficient time to understand not just presenting symptoms, but the broader context of a person's history, life circumstances, and prior treatment experiences. Alex provides services in both English and Spanish, reflecting a commitment to reducing language as a barrier to psychiatric care for Minnesota's bilingual communities. In addition to his clinical role, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Nursing (PMHNP) Program at Winona State University.

Located in Eagle Lake, Minnesota, we provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and related conditions. We serve adults 18 and older with or without insurance.
