The receptionist and manager is very rude.Always busy and dont know what to do.

Dr. Isakov now treats 3 generations of our family from my father who went through 3 heart surgeries to my nephew. Very professional, serious yet caring doctor. Goes out of way to answer cell phone in case of emergency, always calls back. Does not unnecessarily send for testing, in fact his best suggestion - quit smoking, do exercise, eat right. He reads blood tests very good. Diagnosed my sister as no other doctor could, my mother after numerous other docs failed. And keeps my father alive!

Dr. Isakov has been my family doctor for over 7 years. His staff is very friendly, and know you when you call the office. Dr. Isakov takes his time with you and is not one to rush you out. He is very professional and does not require you to take medication unless its extremely necessary. If you call the office you will always receive a phone call back on any medical concerns. I strongly recommend him to anyone that is looking to switch their physicians.

Alexey has been my family's PCP for last 10 years and I would not trade his expertise for anyone else. He has always been helpful knowledgeable and accurate with his diagnose. He's not one of the doctors whose only goal in life to stuff you with drugs and suggest unnecessary treatment. In my experience he only prescribed medication when it was absolutely necessary. He has always explained the pros and cons of every decision keeping me well informed.I'm grateful that I found his office and plan on staying with them despite my recent move to upstate NY.

Me and my family have been with this doctor over 3 years. He is competent, follows through, spends as much time as you need. There were times when i had difficult conditions and he went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!

He is uncaring, unavailable, unprofessional and committed complete malpractice on my brother who is now dead.
